What We Collect

When you sign up for Dispatch Sports (formerly Game Day Inbox), we collect your email address. That's it. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send you our newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. We may use third-party email services to deliver our newsletter, but your email is only used for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our newsletter:

• Email delivery provider (to send the newsletter)
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising and lead collection
• Web hosting provider (to host this website)
• PostHog, for website analytics (described below)

These services may process your email address solely to perform their function. They do not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog to count how many people visit each page and where they came from. It is the only way we can tell whether anyone is finding the site.

What we record:

• The page you viewed and the site that referred you
• Whether a waitlist or tips form was submitted, and which team it was for. Never the email address you typed
• General device and browser information, plus an approximate location derived from your IP address, no more precise than a city

What we deliberately do not do:

• No cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all
• No session recording. We do not record your screen, your mouse, or your keystrokes
• No profile. Analytics data is anonymous and is never linked to your email address or to you as a person

To store a random visitor identifier so a person browsing three pages is not counted as three people, we use your browser's local storage rather than a cookie. Clearing your browser data removes it. Any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics will block ours, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will remove your email address from our list promptly.
