Indiana's own gameday parking list has seven locations and marks exactly two of them free: Henderson Garage at 310 South Fess Avenue and Poplars Garage at 415 East Sixth Street. They are also the two garages Indiana serves with fan shuttles, running four or five buses in circulation and stopping at the garages every 15 to 20 minutes. Free parking plus a frequent shuttle is the best value at this stadium by a wide margin, and it sits on the same list as the $50 lots.

Heads up: These are campus garages rather than gameday lots, so they serve the rest of the university too and Indiana publishes no capacity or opening time for them. You cannot tailgate in a garage. Indiana asks fans to download the parking pass in advance before reaching an attendant, which is worth doing even here so you are not sorting your phone out at a gate.

Stadium lot

Spread around campus, from the Outdoor Pool Lot to Luddy Garage /// Surface lots open a minimum of five hours before kickoff

The paid gameday locations are the Outdoor Pool Lot at 1490 North Fee Lane, the RV Bell Tower lot at 1630 East 17th Street, the 17th Street Lot, Luddy Garage at 1015 East 11th Street, and Fee Lane Garage at 709 North Fee Lane, all at $50 a vehicle a game. Surface lots open a minimum of five hours before kickoff, and the rule on them is one pass equals one space.

Heads up: Fifty dollars is the flat rate whichever of these you pick, so the only variable is the walk, and two of the seven locations on the same list are free. Indiana asks that you tailgate in grass or behind your vehicle rather than in a parking space, and that you always leave a drive lane clear. Download your pass before you reach the attendant.

Stadium lot

Immediately south of the stadium /// A minimum of five hours before kickoff

The grass lots immediately south of Memorial Stadium are Grass Reserved A and B, Park Avenue C, D and E, and Forrest Avenue F and G. Reserved A and B are reached by turning south onto Indiana Avenue from East 17th Street, right for A and left for B. Park Avenue is reached south on Dunn Street to East 13th, or north on Indiana Avenue then right on East 13th. Forrest Avenue is reached south on Walnut Grove from East 17th then right on East 14th, or west on East 13th then right on Walnut Grove and left on East 14th.

Heads up: Two things catch people here. Grass lot parking must be purchased in advance and cannot be bought on gameday at the gate entrance, so arriving with cash and hope does not work. And the general admission grass lots use guided parking: an attendant directs each vehicle to the next available space, filling front to back in arrival order, so you do not choose your spot. If your group wants to be together in the Park Avenue or Forrest Avenue lots, Indiana states you have to arrive at the same time. Guided parking applies only to the general admission grass lots, so permit holders in the surface lots, the reserved grass lots and the campus garages can still pick any available space.

Stadium lot

1630 East 17th Street /// Overnight RV lots open at 5 p.m. the night before the game

Additional RV parking is at the RV Bell Tower lot, 1630 East 17th Street, at $200, with all RV lot guidelines applying. Overnight RV lots open at 5 p.m. the night before each home game, and you may stay until noon on the Sunday after the game unless another Indiana Athletics event is affected. That Friday evening to Sunday midday window is more generous than most programs allow.

Heads up: Three hard limits. Indiana provides no hookups for RVs in any of its lots, so the RV has to be self sufficient. Do not stage the RV anywhere on the athletic complex before 5 p.m. and do not line up at the entrance beforehand, which Indiana flags as a traffic hazard. And a Gate 9 RV pass is for the RV only: you are not permitted to park a car around or next to your RV for any period of time if you are in the paved RV lot.

East of Memorial Stadium, immediately north of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall /// Gameday

Accessible parking is available for purchase in the Gate 12 Green Lot, east of Memorial Stadium and immediately north of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, off Fee Lane, at $50 per game. A valid state issued ADA placard or licence plate must be displayed. Indiana also runs ADA shuttles on gamedays as six seater golf carts that collect at marked locations and escort patrons to the correct Memorial Stadium gate, which is a door to door arrangement rather than a bus route.

Heads up: It is priced the same as general parking, so there is no accessible discount here. Note that some figures circulating online put gameday accessible parking cheaper than prepaid at Indiana. We could not find that anywhere in Indiana's own guidelines, which give $50 per game in both places, so we have not published the lower number.
