Fans name the neighborhoods by the old basketball arena, the blocks southeast of Hayward Field, and the streets near the library and sorority houses. One regular parks free near the Campbell Community Center on High Street and walks the Coburg bridge down Pre's Trail instead, which is a different bridge and a quieter route.

Troop 100 of Eugene runs four lots directly across from Autzen: the BSA lot at 2525 MLK Jr. Blvd, the LCMH lot at 2411, the Lane County Developmental Disabilities lot at 2515, and the DYS lot at 2727. It is the Eugene version of the fundraiser lot, and it is a real organization with a published page and a phone number rather than someone waving you into a yard.
Heads up: Their published rules are stricter than most: canopies capped at 10 feet by 10 feet, a limit of 10 guests per space, and no charcoal, wood, wood pellet or open fires at all.
