Two things about UCF are wrong almost everywhere else. The stadium is no longer FBC Mortgage Stadium: it was renamed Acrisure Bounce House with effect from 1 July 2025, after Acrisure acquired FBC, and the change restored the nickname fans had used for years because the place physically shakes when the student section jumps. And the parking is genuinely free. UCF states that free parking is available to fans on a first come, first served basis in most other lots and garages on campus, with the exceptions being residential lots and the Libra Garage. If you want to be close, Garage H takes a minimum donation of $30 that includes support for student scholarships, which is a nicer framing than a parking fee and is also the actual price. The one change to know for this season: construction around the stadium has moved lots H2 to H4 and B9 into Gold Zone permits only.

UCF publishes its whole ladder, which is rare. Eligibility starts at a season ticket purchase of $400 including tickets and per seat contributions. Tier 1 is $350 a pass and covers E8, Garage F, Softball and West Softball. Tier 2 is $250 for Garage D, ARB, Northview, D1, D2, C1 and C2. Tier 3 is $150 for Garage C and H2 to H4. Tier 4 is $100 for C3 and B9. Above all of them sits a Shareholder Exclusive band covering E1, E2, E3, E6, E7, F1 and Baseball. Passes are limited to one for every five season tickets, capped per account, and all of them are digital.
Heads up: Because eligibility is based on the whole season ticket invoice rather than the per seat contribution alone, UCF notes that many long-standing members reached parking for the first time under this structure, so old assumptions about who qualifies are out of date. Enhanced privileges run through the Shareholders Society at a minimum charitable gift of $5,000 above the ticket invoice. Save digital passes to your phone before gameday.

Getting out after
The number to remember is 90 minutes after kickoff, when every lane of Ken Dixon Way turns over to outbound traffic, which is good news leaving and a dead end arriving. East Plaza Drive stays closed until two hours after the game ends, and Gemini Boulevard North between West Plaza Drive and Ken Dixon Way reopens roughly an hour after the final whistle. Since the parking is free, there is no sunk cost in waiting out the first wave somewhere on campus rather than joining it.
Tailgating rules
Memory Mall is where the UCF tailgate happens, and the practical rule attached to it is about access rather than conduct: tailgaters dropping off or picking up gear can only do so on the West Plaza Drive side of the barricades, because Gemini Boulevard North is closed to all traffic until about an hour after the game.
UCF does not publish grill, tent or alcohol rules on its parking page, so those are worth checking against the athletics tailgating page before you load a car rather than assumed from another Florida school. What the parking page does establish is where a tailgate can physically be supplied from, and that the roads around it are heavily restricted on a gameday. One more constraint that shapes the day this season: lots H2, H3, H4 and B9 have moved to Gold Zone permits only because construction has reduced parking around the stadium, so a group that tailgated in that cluster before needs a different plan.
